It was my absolute pleasure to work with Ayshah Anwar during her time with us supporting our new service development. It was an enlightening experience working with someone from the finance sector who had a grasp on the needs of the NHS and understood the urgency and time pressures the clinicians and managers are under. Ayshah was always extremely helpful; no ask was too great, and she always managed to creatively magic the much-needed resources. Her economical brain and lateral thinking allowed the limited available resources to be utilised to their maximum potential. She is greatly missed by our team and we wish her success in all her future endeavours. She is a real gem and an asset to any project.
